I founded Evenio to offer a more connected approach to talent. Over more than 25 years, I have worked with SMEs and multinational organisations across recruitment, executive search, talent development, coaching and mentoring.
Recruitment, leadership development and career transition are often considered separately. Yet each affects your people, culture and performance. I look at the wider picture, from an important appointment to future capability and organisational change.
Every engagement begins with listening. I take time to understand your organisation, its people and its priorities before recommending practical, achievable steps. The support should fit your circumstances, rather than asking you to fit a standard process.
